1,Water treatment components
water treatment system consists of 6 parts: source water , separation technology and special membrane host, cleaning , ozone sterilization, finished product water supply, and PLC control system.
2,Description of equipment performance
The source water pretreatment section consists of booster pump, fluorine sand filter, carbon filter, and precision filter.
a. Booster pump is a necessary device to provide pressure for the pretreatment equipment.
b. Fluorine sand filter is set to remove suspended solids, colloid and larger particles in water.
c. Carbon filter is used to remove residual chlorine, organics, some heavy metals and various odors in the water to improve the taste.
d. Precision filter is to filter the particles in water at or greater than 0.22μm.
e. Separation technology and special membrane host system: separation technology and special membrane host part are the most advanced and efficient membrane separation technology. The principle is above the osmotic pressure of the solution, other substances cannot pass through the membrane to separate these substances and water. Because the membrane has a very small pore size, it can effectively remove dissolved salts, colloid and microorganisms, etc. in water. The special membrane is the best desalination and separation techniques, and its separation object is the ions range and organics with hundreds of molecular weights in the solution. f. Cleaning device removes the accumulation of pollutants in the filter material and carry out chemical cleaning on a regular basis to ensure the effluent quality of the equipment pipelines and filter materials.
